What do you do with crappy DSL service? Last April 4, 2007 I called PLDT DSL 172 compaining of slow bandwidth which consistently runs at 120-140 kbps. The customer service told me that I should be having 1MBPS since the monthly fee is 2k. She promised to act on it by issuing a ticket. After 2 days... (more...)
