PNB. One of the few victories I have. It really pays just to sit tight and avoid chasing the flavor of the day.

BV play post merger

at 75/share, i think the price is still very cheap considering that its book value is already at 59/share..

comparing with MBT with a BV of more or less 55/share, it is already trading at around 90-94/share.. both MBT and PNB have earnings of around 5-6/share

Once merger is complete, it will make PNB the fourth largest bank.. No doubt that its FV and market price will exceed the price of MBT..

Question is when will the merger will get approved..
