I was also bullish on this stock before the friday crash, tsk tsk.. sold muna my position at 13 (bought 13.90) last fri.. :-(

Up ko lang ito!

This is my favorite property stock since PE ratio of about 9.5 only is very low as compared to its peers. Long term hold ako dito and even availed of the recent SRO.

Yesterday it broke its medium term resistance of 12.21 (per COL data) and closed strongly at 12.46 near its day's high. Though volume is still not that huge, I will be monitoring if active buying of big brokers like 121, 333, 220 and 185 will continue next week. If so, a positive sign for some more upside strength!

I'm betting on property sector to rally towards the end of the year. My personal opinion lang po.

I remember COLs previous article.re RLC, sabi nila, short term pain for a long term gain. This was before when RLC conducted their SRO.
With the last portion of SRO tradable last october pa... i also think RLC may now start trending up. Good hold i think..

PD: No more RLC, only wonderful RLC memories... but would love to enter again anytime

I observed, when RLC touches 11 levels, it always go up and back to 12.
