Mr. Banker, nasa PNB rin ako. Tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang ligaya duon. Ang ORE, biglang nagising bigla kahapon dahil kay Mac (121). I have only these 3 stocks and they were performing well. Holding tightly of these 3 stocks and waiting LC to break 1.80.

Felt bad when I unloaded all my RLC shares last Friday at 13.48 and it closed higher at 13.52 on a red PSE day. The price decline decline in the past two days should however give a good chance to time a good re-entry.

Recent COL report states ..."despite RLC's below expected FY11 results, we maintain our BUY rating on RLC. Net income was behind estimates only because of the larger than expected expense (utility costs) which RLC expects to recover this year. RLC's shares are so cheap with the stock trading below the value of its leasing properties.As of end 3QFY12, our estimated NAV of RLC's existing malls and offices, net of debt, already amount to P17.11/share....At its current price, RLC also offers investors a dividend yield of 3.1% this year...Our fair value estimate for RLC is P19.93....."

3 malls are set to open . one mall called robinsons magnolia is right in the heart of quezon city near cubao , greenhills metro manila. http://www.philstar.com/Article.aspx?articleId=744720 . on top of that 4 go hotels are set to open this year and 30 hotels in the next 5 years. imagine the future income and growth of this company. citisec has a target price of almost P20 . even master showman has a buy rating on this . caveat as always .

Trial buy on RLC base on my chart above indicates potential long term breakout from sideways movement. Potential TP is 18.5.

congrats holders . top gainer among the index stocks today , sure there will be corrections along the way. but as long as it goes higher high . its a hoooold for me . by the way last november 2010 only this went as high as 18.46 without the new malls and hotels . i wonder how much market is gonna price this with the huge generating income of these new malls and hotels . caveat as always .
